Techkon is a German based company, which provides industrial grade color measurement solution. In another word, this company is very particular about details and color accuracy.
This is a big challenge meeting the requirements from Techkon. To meet the needs, our designing/molding experience and our color matching solution play a decisive role. Our molding is so delicate and we matched the color and try to make them as close as the Pantone color system.
The procedures of making a CUSTOM USB
Initial Design Planning
We will need you to send us pictures of the product/shape that you want to custom into USB. The more pictures you provide, the better design we will be able to make.
Molding/Sampling
After 3D design is confirmed, we will starting the molding and prepare you samples for confirmation. It will take around 5 days and we will send you high definition pictures of the sample or we can send you physical sample for confirmation of mass production.
Production and Delivery
According to the order quantity, the production time is different. 1000PCS custom USB may take 15 days for production. Goods will be examined strictly and then we will ship the goods out with express.
